Why are there some many misconfigured github action bots?

I’ve been looking for GitHub repositories to make pull requests for, but only ones that are maintained by a person or two. Why I started this is because I made this in a couple minutes:

Pull request in paradite/github-dramas
Changes to README.md:
**Redis** - Changes license then changes it back

I got some nice feedback and since its kind of funny, and rewarding to have someone else to see what you’ve done, I went looking for more projects that I could add too.

Currently a work in progress, I vibe coded a website for finding new repositories here and currently I am finding a lot of misconfigured github action bots.

I want to find out how many there are but the but haven't thought hard enough about how to use the github api to get a number.
